Team Spirit Celebrate Prestigious Award

Last week saw Team Spirit win the prestigious ‘Most Innovative Approach’ Award at the BI Partners In Success Awards 2008.

John McIlroy, Team Spirit Account Director, pictured alongside Team Spirit Operations Director Richard Flitcroft, collected the award from BI Managing Director Richard Bandell and BI Commercial Director Stuart Warwick.

87 partner companies were represented at this year’s 23rd awards ceremony, which were held at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London.

Team Spirit were the only activity and team building company to collect an award, alongside other winners who included Virgin Atlantic, Odescalchi Castle (Rome), Intercontinental Carlton Cannes and C.Florida Hospitality amongst others.

The winner of last months competition to win 2 tickets for a Manchester United game at Old Trafford was Gill Roberts from the Bank Of Scotland. 
 
The question was "Who is the current manager of Manchester United" and she gave the correct answer of Sir Alex Ferguson.

Focus On Silver Fleet River Criuses

The Silver Fleet comprises three luxury cruise boats for private charter events on the River Thames. A family owned business, operating for over 60 years, it cruises from all central London piers, also having their own private landing at Savoy Pier, Victoria Embankment.

Belfry News Update

A former Chef has risen through the ranks at The Belfry to be appointed as Head of Group Sales and Events; showing that a knowledge of every aspect of the business is always an asset.

Sharon Jezeph started her career at The Belfry as a Chef at the age of 17. She built on her experience, and three years ago, joined the Group Sales team.

As the top performer of the year for the last two years, Sharon has proved her dedication by implementing a fantastic training scheme into her department, and has been acknowledged with her promotion.

Sharon said she was looking forward to getting her teeth into the role.
